Brad was a member of Round Table for over 20 years and spent some time leading our membership team. His perspective helped energise these volunteers into working hard to achieve results. Those people then started the organisation on a long path that is now really leading to positive growth for Round Table. Brad has also coached a few of our board members to improve their public speaking and communication skills. Cait Allen took over the chief executive role at Round Table in 2011 during a 35 year decline in membership. Within two years, the organisation was stabilised and is now welcoming an influx of new and younger members. Prior to this, Cait had a successful career in marketing, across a wide range of public and private sector organisations.
